- After purchasing, book your appointment with us to schedule your service. Book at least one (1) day in advance by reaching us directly through our contact numbers or social media pages, or through our Parlon page if our Parlon Booking feature is activated. Reservations are subject to availability, so book the soonest to get your preferred slot.
- When booking, let us know that you will be redeeming a Parlon E-Voucher. Be ready with your redemption code, as this will be asked when booking.
- Redeem your E-Voucher within its Validity Period by presenting it together with a valid government-issued ID. Expired E-Vouchers can no longer be honored, extended, or refunded.
- This E-Voucher is redeemable Tuesdays to Fridays, between 11 AM and 2 PM, with the latest appointment at 1 PM. It is also valid on holidays.
- Cancellations must be made at least twenty-four (24) hours before the booked schedule via text message to avoid penalty; otherwise, the E-Voucher will be forfeited. Late arrivals will result in a shorter time allocated for the treatment. No-shows without proof of cancellation will forfeit the E-Voucher and will not be allowed to rebook. For rebooked reservations, a copy of the cancellation text along with our acknowledgment must be presented. Rebooking is allowed a maximum of three (3) times.
- It is the buyer's obligation to verify that they do not have contraindications for the treatment prior to purchase, as listed below. We may withhold or delay treatment for contraindications missed by the buyer. Call us at 0917 890 6800 or 0917 886 0646 for clarification before purchase. Treatment may be converted to other treatments (laser, facials, or body contouring) if the client misses any contraindication, strictly subject to our approval.
- CONTRAINDICATIONS: skin resembling mosquito bites, typically triggered by tight clothing, carrying heavy bags, or scratching/pressing on the skin^; current infection, irritation, or inflammation in the area to be treated^; visible skin peeling^; skin sensitivity^; skin cancer or suspicious-looking lesions^; poor wound healing^; diamond peel/microdermabrasion on the area to be treated within 2 weeks prior^; chemical peel within 2 to 4 weeks prior^; application of strong exfoliating, whitening, or anti-aging creams, solutions, ointments, gels, or sera within 7 days prior^; ablative energy-based (laser, RF, plasma, etc.) procedure within 4 weeks prior^; strong exfoliating procedure within 4 weeks prior^; microneedling or microblading within 4 weeks prior^; extreme sun exposure within 1 to 2 weeks before and after the procedure^; intake of oral isotretinoin in the last 6 to 12 months^; Botox or dermal filler treatment on the area to be treated within 2 to 4 weeks prior^; surgery or invasive procedure on the area to be treated, including the eyes, in the last 3 to 6 months^; recent threading in the area to be treated^; uncontrolled diabetes^; inability to comply with pre-treatment preparation and post-treatment instructions. Items marked with "^" are relative contraindications only; some specific spots may simply be skipped (e.g., a small surgical wound). Please call us, with a photo if necessary, for any clarification.
