- Booking is required for voucher redemption.
- Book at least 1-day in advance through the HG STUDIO Parlon page and indicate "VOUCHER REDEMPTION" on the booking request notes.
- All E-Voucher purchases are final. E-Vouchers are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be converted to cash.
- Subject to Parlon's Terms of Use, Parlon's Privacy Notice, and Merchant Partner Additional Terms, Redeemer may redeem the E-Voucher within the Validity Period indicated therein by presenting the E-Voucher and a valid government-issued ID.
- Please note that all services are subject to assessment. HG Studio may refuse to perform a service depending on the results of the assessment.
- If determined during your appointment that a strand test is needed to fully assess your hair, a P300 fee will be collected but it shall be waived if you decide to procee with the main service. To help us properly assess your hair during your appointment, we kindly ask you to be transparent with your hair history.
